Need to return a defective product? Honey's Place uses a clear return authorization process to help approved wholesale customers document eligible returns and receive the appropriate account credit.
Defective products must be returned within the applicable return window, require approval before return, and cannot have been used.

If the outside shipping carton is damaged, opened, or re-taped, the carrier damage and claim procedure applies instead of the standard defective-product return process.

How Do I Return a Defective Product to Honey's Place?
Do not send merchandise back before contacting your Account Manager. Approved returns should follow the RMA process below.
Contact Your Account Manager
Explain the issue and provide the order and product information needed to review your return request.
Receive Return Authorization
Your Account Manager will provide an RMA for merchandise that is approved for return.
Pack the Approved Items
Pack all approved return merchandise securely inside an appropriate shipping box.
Include an Item List
Include a written list of the returned items inside the shipping box to help identify the merchandise.
Mark the RMA on the Box
Write the RMA number on the outside of the return shipping carton so the return can be identified.
Ship and Keep Your Tracking
Use an insured, trackable shipping method and retain proof of delivery until the return has been processed.

Can I Bring an Approved Return to Honey's Place?
