Privacy & Security: Honey’s Place values and respects the privacy of all of our clients. The information you provide here is used solely to improve your shopping experience as well as provide you with new item updates, specials & promotions, keep you informed and updated on industry trade shows and events or any other news we feel would help your business be successful. Your credit card number and any other personal data are treated with the highest standards of security and confidentiality. In fact none of your personal information is ever directly put into our website. This site is strictly an “order processing site” for your convenience. All pertinent information is stored exclusively in our on site operating system which is completely separate from this site. Honey’s Place will not sell any of our client’s information to anyone./p>

Account Activation: In order to further secure your personal information all accounts must be activated by phone. Please contact your Sales Representative at Honey’s Place during our normal business hours between 8am and 4:30pm Pacific Standard Time to set up your online account with us. If you do not have an active wholesale account with us a Sales Representative will provide you with some basic paperwork to initialize your account. You will also need a current copy of your Resale certificate or Tax Id. Once your account is active we will be happy to set up your online status and you can begin to shop online. You can access all Sales Representative’s email and phone extension information in the “Contact Us” field of our site or simply call us toll free at 800-910-3246.

Secure Shopping: All orders placed through our site are encrypted using SSL technology. This ensures that your transactions are protected and secure. By using technology all information transmitted over the internet will remain unaltered and secure. In order for SSL security to work you will need to use an SSL enabled browser. Most Netscape and Explorer browsers, version 3. and later will support this technology. If you have any concerns regarding the security of your information or your order, please feel free to call us to place your order directly with your Sales Representative.

Accessing Account Information: Your account information can be accessed at any time. Simply login and click “Your Account” near the top of the page. Here you can view previous orders for quick and easy order processing. You can also view invoices and account statements for your convenience. You can view and track pending orders as well.

Changes in your Account Information: If you have any changes with your account please contact your Sales Representative by phone or via email to assist you with this information update. Please refer to our “Contact Us” field to find this info if you don’t already have it.

Your Choice to Opt Out: You have the opportunity to “opt-out” while setting up your initial Account Information or at any time in that same field by simply clicking the “opt-out” box in that field. By choosing this option you will not receive any promotional emails of any kind from us while still having the ability to shop online with us. If at any time you decide you want to begin receiving promotional emails again simply un-check the “opt-out” square and you will begin receiving new item emails, and other information we send to help support your business. You may also opt-out by emailing that request or by pressing the “unsubscribe” link within any email you receive.

Legal Age: By viewing the Honeysplace.com website you agree that you are at least 21 years of age, or of legal age to view and possess adult content in the community in which you reside. Protecting Children’s Privacy: Honey’s Place is concerned about the safety of our children when they use the internet. Consistent with the children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, we will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 21. If we become aware that a subscriber is under the age of 21, we will remove his or her personal information from our files.

Our Privacy Policy states our standards in protecting your personal information. While we do everything in our power to protect your personal information, there may be factors, such as criminal activity, that may result in disclosure of your information. Credit Card Security: Our website is not a “shopping cart” it is an “order processing” site. All of your company information is set up in house and stored in our on site operating system used only to process orders and track transactions. Credit card information is blocked in our operating system so only the last 4 digits of the number are visible on your account record. Credit cards are charged at time of shipment and not before. Therefore, NO charging of any kind will take place on this website, nor will any of your information be present here. If for any reason you prefer to make your purchase via telephone, just give us a call at 800-910-3246. Your purchase request may also be submitted via Fax (818-256-1115) or e-mail sales@honeysplace.com or directly to your sales representative’s email address.
