We have tried to offer many options to support a quick and stress free shopping experience. You can narrow down your search options by choosing a category and any combination of manufacturer and a price range. If you know a specific word in the product title you can simply type that into the "keyword" field. If you know the item number or specific product name you can simply input that info into the Home Page "Search" field and it will take you right to that item.
While shopping by category you can sort your search by item number in alpha-numeric order, by manufacturer in alphabetical or reverse-alphabetical order. You can also sort by manufacturer, release date, and quantity sold to view more popular selling items.
You can also change your view while shopping by choosing "list" or "icon". If you are having a difficult time finding anything please feel free to contact your sales representative and they will be happy to help you.
Your order will ship within 24 hours of receipt. You will receive an email showing your invoice and on that invoice will be a link that will allow you to track your shipment after it has left our facility. If you are experiencing any problems viewing your invoice or getting your tracking information please contact your sales representative for assistance.
Upon shipment of your order you will receive an email with your invoice. On that email there will be a link that will take you directly to tracking info for your order. If for some reason this does not work please contact your sales representative.
All prices shown on our website are the current wholesale prices. Please contact your sales representative to discuss price discrepancies or any other pricing issues.
We strive to have a current inventory, however as we are constantly shipping and receiving product at times the "in stock" status of an item may not be correct by the time your order is actually pulled. If you do see an item that you want and it is marked as "out of stock" we will usually have that item back in stock within a few days barring any manufacturer issues with supply of that item. Please contact your sales representative if you have any questions regarding the status of any particular item.
Refused or returned orders can be shipped once with additional shipping charges added. Orders returned again will only be reshipped after prepayment. The customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges on restocked orders. Refused orders can cause your account to be placed on a “Prepaid Only” status. Drop-Shipped orders that have been refused will be charged a flat $1 re-stocking fee if shipped via USPS, otherwise, the customer will be charged the return shipping cost of the carrier selected. This fee will come out of the credit upon receipt of the refused item.
